| 摘 要： | 重视和加强思想政治工作是高校的一项根本任务。实践证明，加强校园文化建设是新形势下加强学校思想政治工作的一个十分有效的途径。校园文化以其具有的普遍性、群众性、科学性、发展性、灵活性等特点在学校思想政治工作中发挥着载体支持、激励感召、渗透教育、促进发展、环境熏陶等作用。在新的历史时期，要充分发挥校园文化在思想政治工作中的积极作用，还必须在校园文化建设的方向、组织领导、内容形式、制度建设等方面加大力度。
