| 摘 要： | 目的：研究川芎挥发油经大鼠鼻腔给药后在体内和脑组织中的药动学特性，并评价其脑靶向性。方法：大鼠尾静脉注射或经鼻腔给予川芎挥发油溶液，采用RP—HPLC法分别测定血浆及脑组织中藁本内酯的浓度。结果：川芎挥发油溶液鼻腔给药后，可快速进入血液和脑组织，其T_max为0．18h，脑靶向性指数为1．16。结论：川芎挥发油溶液鼻腔给药具有一定的脑靶向性，是一种值得推荐及研究的给药途径。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the pharmacokinetics of Chuanxiong rhizome volatile oil in rat blood and brain tissue, and to evaluate its brain targeting after intranasal administration. Method： Intravenous administration or intranasal administration of Chuanxiong rhizome volatile oil solution was given to rats. The concentrations of ligu- stilide in the plasma and brain tissue of rats were determined by RP - HPLC respectively. Results： The ligustilide from the nasal cavity was rapidly absorbed into blood and brain. Tm~x was 0.18h and the brain targeting index was 1.16. Conclusion： Intranasal administration can improve the brain targeting of Chuanxiong rhizome volatile oil and it is valuable to be further studied as a new route of medication. |
