| 摘 要： | 近年来随着校园危机事件的增加，如何进行中小学校危机的管理，减少危机事件的发生，减轻危机造成的损失，成为中小学校普遍关心的热门话题。要管理好学校的危机事件，必须从危机发展的不同阶段出发建立学校危机预防系统、危机处理系统和及时总结经验教训，以期有效地预防、处理和消弭危机。

| Abstract: | With the increasing occurrence of campus crisis in recent years, it has become a universal concern of all middle and elementary schools alike as to how to manage campus crisis and reduce its occurrences and consequent losses. In order to manage the campus crisis well, it is of necessity to establish the defending system, management system and summarize the experience and teachings so as to prevent, deal with and put an end to the crisis effectively. |
