摘    要:随着我国经济的快速发展,社会对高素质劳动者的需求日益旺盛,如何培养出适合现代社会生产需要的人才已成为高等职业教育的一个重要课题,高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设是提高教育教学质量的关键,是培养人才基础。因此,"双师型"教师的培养是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要内容,本文从教学实际出发,并结合教师岗位的特点,阐述如何提高和加强高职院校"双师型"教师队伍内涵建设。

The Construction of "Double-Quality" Teachers' Tearn In Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract:With the rapid development of our economy, the demand for high-quality workforce is gradually increasing. How to cultivate the talents who meet the demand of the modern social production has attracted the attention of higher vocational education. The construction of "double-quality" teachers is the key to improving the quality of higher education and teaching, and the foundation to cultivate talents. Therefore, "double-quality" teachers' training is an important part of the teachers' team construction in higher vocational colleges. This paper, based on the teaching practice, considering on the characteristics of the position of teacher, expounds how to promote and strengthen the construction of "double-quality" teachers' team in higher vocational colleges.
