摘    要:用毛细管电泳安培检测法同时测定山楂中的芦丁、金丝桃甙和绿原酸的含量.考察了实验条件包括电极电位、运行缓冲液的酸度和浓度、电泳电压及进样时间对三组分分离和检测的影响.在实验条件为:以碳圆盘电极(直径300μm)为检测电极,检测电位为+0.95 V(vs.SCE),在50 mmoL/L硼酸盐(pH为9.2)的运行缓冲液中,芦丁、金丝桃甙和绿原酸在20 min内能完全分离.被测物浓度与响应电流在三个数量级范围内呈较好的线性,检测限分别为1×10-8、1×10-8和2×10-8g/mL.

Abstract:a simultaneous determination of active ingredients from hawthorn by capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection(CE-AD)was reported.The conditions about the experiments were investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the analytes could be separated in a 50 mmoL/L borate buffer(pH=9.2)within 20 min.The response was linear over three orders of magnitude,and the detection limits(S/N=3) were 1×10-8g/mL,1×10-8 g/mL and 2×10-8 g/mL seperately for the analytes.This method has been used for the determination of the analytes from hawthorn,and the assay result is satisfactory.
