摘    要:职业核心能力关乎学生就业和职业生涯发展,在高职教育中占据重要的地位。由于职业核心能力培训具有职业活动导向和应用特性,因此,衡量职业核心能力培训效果的方法与专业教学评估方法有着根本的区别。文章以扬州环境资源职业技术学院职业核心能力培训中开展的拓展训练活动为蓝本,归纳三个递进式的衡量方法,借以抛砖引玉。

Abstract:Concerning the students’ employment and career development,the core ability of occupation takes an important state in higher vocational education.Because of the guidance of professional activity and the characteristics of application in the occupation training of core competence,the method of measuring training effect for the core ability of occupation has an essential difference with the one for teaching evaluation.Based on the development training activities of the occupation training of core competence in our college,three progressive methods were summarized in this paper.
