| 摘 要： | 全面提高大学生的整体素质是当今学生工作的核心和必然要求。要正确认识学生工作与素质教育的关系，明确学生工作在素质教育中的特殊地位。更好地解决大学生思想上存在的种种疑惑，从而努力实现学生工作从单纯的思想教育管理为主向以提高整体素质为中心的转变。
