健身房消费者健身活动风险认知研究

摘    要:从心理测量视角探讨健身房消费者健身活动风险认知问题.首先界定了健身房消费者健身活动风险认知概念,归纳出17个健身房健身活动项目,然后提出了健身房消费者健身活动风险认知的6个特征及5个影响因素.在分析消费者风险认知测评方法和应用现状基础上,进一步阐明了编制<健身房消费者健身活动风险认知量表>的工作流程及应该注意的问题.
