| 摘 要： | 由于化学农药的长期使用，不但污染了环境，而且使许多食品存在不同数量的农药残留，这既影响我国人民的生活质量，又影响我国食品出口创汇，讨论了化学农药对食品的污染，分析了造成食品中农药残留的原因，提出了预防食品中农药残留危害的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Because the pesticide is used over a long period tim e ,not only the environment is polluted,but there is the pesticide residue in many foods.It can influence the quality of our people's living ,influence the export of our food.This article discusses the food pesticide pollution ,the reason of pesticide residue in food,put forward the precautionary measures for pesticide residue of food. |
