| 摘 要： | 人力资源是影响图书馆发展的重要因素。图书馆人力资源的开发与管理是一项复杂的系统工程,只有树立“以人为本”的管理理念,制定科学合理的人力资源规划,建立有利于人才发展的管理机制,造就一支能适应当前文献信息化、数字化、网络化发展需要的整体素质高、人员结构合理的图书馆队伍,才能促进图书馆事业可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Human Resources are the major factor affecting development of libraries while development and management of library human resources is complicated system engineering.What can promote sustainable development of the library cause is to set the concept of "People Foremost",to make a scientific and reasonable human resource plan,to establish management mechanism,to bring up staff with high quality and reasonable personnel structure,who can adapt to need of document informatization,digitalization and networking. |
