| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,中国共产党把马克思主义党群关系理论同我国具体实际相结合,赋予了党群关系理论以新的时代内涵,构成了我们党执政的一条重要经验.我们党是一个善于总结经验、发展理论的党,全面总结60年来党群关系视角下党执政的成功经验,对新形势下提高党的执政能力,具有十分重要的意义.
