| 摘 要： | 作为人才培养基地,高校实验室在"科教兴国,可持续发展战略"中起着至关重要的作用。资源紧缺和闲置浪费并存的结构性矛盾使高校专业实验室建设处于两难抉择的境地,而解决矛盾的有效途径之一是对传统的专业实验室进行产学研一体化的改革。由于产学研一体实验室在解决运行成本高、设备利用率低和资源闲置浪费严重等问题上有较好的表现,而备受关注。在高等教育产学研一体化发展背景下,为适应高校自身发展,高校实验室走"产学研’一体化道路已成为必然。本文阐述了产学研实验室创立的背景、建设规划和运行机制等方面,通过结合本校实际,可知依托重点学科的发展可加速实验室的完善。

| Abstract: | College laboratories play a vital role in scientific and educational development.However,the coexistence of the scarcity and the waste of resources put the construction of specialized laboratories in colleges in a dilemma.One of the effective ways to deal with this problem is to reform traditional specialized laboratories by the integration of industry,academia and research because this integration can lower the operating costs of laboratories,improve the utilization rate of equipment,and prevent the waste of resources.This paper elaborates on the background,construction planning,operating mechanism of laboratories of industry-academia-research.In view of the practical situation in Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities,it reaches the conclusion that the development of key disciplines quickens the construction of laboratories of industry-academia-research. |
