| 摘 要： | 分析了我国高校实验室管理中存在问题的深层次原因,认为高校实验室管理改革,转变在实验室的人、财、物、信息、任务五大方面的传统观念是第一要务。观念与机制,相辅相成。观念决定机制。对实验教学地位的认同与否,决定了实验室管理体制模式,并直接影响高校实验室运行机制的实效性。观念改变,要求"全员参与,全面落实,与时俱进,推陈出新"。提出摒弃陈旧意识,引入先进高效管理观念,大胆借鉴国内外企业管理先进经验的见解,以期对高校实验室管理工作的改革与完善有所助益。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the problems in the management of university laboratories in China.It holds that priority should be given to the change of the old traditional concepts;although concepts and management mechanisms complement each other,concepts determine management mechanism;the acknowledgement of the importance of experimental teaching determines the laboratory management mechanism,and directly affects the effectiveness of university laboratory operation.It argues that old concepts should be abandoned,the advanced highly effective management concepts should be introduced into laboratory management,and foreign advanced management experience should be referred to in order to reform and improve laboratory management in China. |
