| 摘 要： | 企业核心能力内涵要准确理解,应区分“资源”与“能力”,“基本能力”与“核心能力”以及基于动态的观点,由此,对企业核心能力进行了界定。企业核心能力的逻辑结构应考虑到企业／行业的技术经济特征,生命周期以及不能理解为几项关键技能的简单组合。最后指出中国企业核心能力地培养过程应注意的一些相关问题。

| Abstract: | By distinguishing the difference of "competence" with "resource","core competence" with "fundamental competence",and based on the view of development,it defines the enterprise core competence. Logical construction of enterprise core competence must envolve the technology economy feature of enterprise/industry and the life cycle of enterprise/industry,and can not be regarded as a simple composition of some key capabilities. Finally it puts out some suggestions on how to raise core competence for Chinese enterprise. |
