新时代中小学音乐课堂变革的方向、经验和对策

摘    要:基于党的十八大以来有关学校美育教学系列改革和笔者17年实地调查、13年顺序性音乐教学研究,笔者认为,新时代中小学音乐课堂是高质量的音乐课堂,是扎根中国大地、遵循美育特点的高效能课堂。推进新时代中小学音乐课堂变革,有四个经验值得关注,即站在中国大地变革音乐课堂、遵循美育特点变革音乐教学、牢牢扭住中小学生发展音乐素养这个核心、用整体发展理论引领音乐课堂变革;有四个对策值得重视,即更加注重学习者中心,更加注重价值育人导向,更加注重深度教学理念,更加注重科研引领。希冀能够为新时代加快推进基础音乐课程教学高质量发展和学校美育现代化贡献智慧。

Abstract:Based on the series reform of school aesthetic education since the 18th CPC National Congress and the author's 17-year field survey and the revolutionary research project on sequential music teaching with Chinese characteristic for 13 years,this paper holds that the music classroom of primary and secondary schools in the new era is a high-quality music classroom,which is rooted in China and follows the characteristics of aesthetic education.In terms of how to promote the transformation of the music classroom in primary and secondary schools in the new era,there are four points worthy of attention,namely,changing the music classroom based on Chinese local conditions,following the characteristics of aesthetic education to change music teaching,grasping the core of developing music competency among primary and secondary school students,and leading the transformation of the music classroom with the theory of holistic development.Besides,there are four development countermeasures worthy of attention,namely,paying more attention to learner-centeredness,to value-based parenting orientation,to in-depth teaching and learning concepts,and to research leadership.We hope to contribute our wisdom to accelerate the high-quality development of basic music curriculum teaching and modernize aesthetic education at school in the new era.
