| 摘 要： | 系统论视角下研究生教育的本质特征包括三个方面:高层次专业教育、以学术自治为特点的松散结合系统、以适应性为特征的社会子系统。对于研究生教育影响因素的剖析,应基于对其本质特征的深入认识。系统论视角下,研究生教育的影响因素应包括三个层次:从研究生教育内部系统来看,其影响因素是培养模式;从学校教育系统的子系统来看,其影响因素是管理模式;从社会的子系统来看,其影响因素是培养环境。
