| 摘 要： | 通过对372名高校女教师的调查,发现高校女教师遭遇职业生涯阻隔,但是总体知觉程度不高。同时,对高校女教师在年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、专业五大人口背景下的职业生涯阻隔因素差异进行了分析,提出了突破高校女教师职业生涯阻隔的建议。
