| 摘 要： | 成为智慧型教师是新时期教师成长的重要目标,但目前的相关理解存在泛化、窄化和神化等倾向,对于智慧型教师的内涵及具体素质缺乏深入研究。本文在探寻教育智慧之含义的基础上,详细分析了智慧型教师的基本内涵,并具体阐述了情境生成、情境理解和情境回应等三个方面的基本素养。

| Abstract: | Teachers should try to become Wise Teachers,but the conception of Wise Teachers tends to be shallow,narrow,and mysterious.No deep research is done into the meaning and the specific quality of the Wise Teacher.This article explores the meaning of educational wisdom,analyzes its content in detail,and demonstrates its basic quality such as the generation,comprehension and reaction of the situation. |
