摘    要:实现经济转型、产业结构升级需要大量高层次应用型创新人才。如何培养适应社会发展需要的高层次应用型创新人才是高等教育迫切需要解决的重要问题。我国应用型创新人才培养应从利益相关者理论出发,以责任共担为视角,建立责任共担的长效化培养机制、采用多方联动的一体化培养方式和构建平衡协调的综合化培养体系,充分发挥不同利益相关者优势互补的人才培养功能。
