摘    要:随着高等教育体制改革的推进,关于学生消费者的争论也越来越多。我国高等教育中学生消费者身份的确立是与我国的高等教育市场化的推进紧密相联系的。学生消费者既具有普通消费者的特性,又具有自身的特殊性。学生消费者具有知情权、选择权、收益权以及参与管理权等多种权利。学生消费者身份的确立对我国高等教育改革具有重要意义。
