| 摘 要： | 根据高校科研评估体系构建的原则,本文提出了从科研队伍、科研平台、科研成果、科研收入和学术声誉5个维度来评估高校科研水平,并对5个维度中的19个反映高校科研水平的具体相关要素进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | According to the principles about establishing evaluation system of scientific research in universities and colleges,the paper evaluates the level of scientific research from five dimensions named the research team,research platform,research achievement,research income and academic reputation.19 elements related to 5 dimensions reflecting the level of scientific research are made an empirical study. |
