| Abstract: | It is a strategic option to get cuhure to return to its noumenon from tools in the construction of the country culture, which will bring about cultural self-awareness. It is on such a basis that the author of the present thesis made a tentative study of the principles, the strategic tasks and the strategic mutes of the construction of the country culture in the hope of promoting the development of the construction of country culture and that of the farmers and the farming communities. |
