| 摘 要： | 云南作为我国唯一能从陆路通过东南亚、直接沟通印度洋沿岸国家的省份，在连接中国、东南亚、南亚三大市场中具有十分突出的战略地位。中国一东盟自由贸易区的建设及在中国实施南向互利合作和泛珠三角9＋2区域经贸合作中，云南具有连接东南亚、南亚物流大通道的作用，使云南有可能成为这个区域的物流中心。主要通过对云南物流业发展中的问题和发展优势的分析，特别是对云南建设面向东南亚物流中心的发展潜力的分析，提出了云南要建设面向东南亚物流中心需要采取的主要措施。

| Abstract: | As the only one province goes across the Southeast Asia by land and connects the countries around Indian Ocean through directly.Yunnan has a very prominent strategic position in linking the three big markets,that is,China,Southeast Asia,and South Asia.In the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,and in the framework of Pan Pearl River "9 2" regional economic cooperation,Yunnan plays an important role in connecting China with Southeast Asia and South Asia as the channel of logistics.Hence,Yunnan has the potential to become a regional logistics center.This article proposes that the main measures need be taken to become a logistics center of Southeast Asia by an analysis of the problems and development advantages in the development of goods-flowing industry of Yunnan,especially making the developmental potential analyses of building the logistics centers of Yunnan oriented to Southeast Asia. |
