| 摘 要： | 法律人才应当是高素质的人才，但是目前我国高等法学教育培养的人才与社会需求严重不符。高素质法律人才培养目标的实现，有赖于具体的教学改革来完成，应该从法学专业培养目标的明确化、课程设置的合理化和教学方法的多样化三个方面采完善财经类院校法学专业的建设。

| Abstract: | Law talents are the necessary talents in China,however,the talents that the university cultivated in the higher education do not fill the need of the society.In order to realize the cultivation objective of law talents,specific education reform should be done and we should pay attention to the construction of law majors from three specific aspect. |
