| 摘 要： | 随着图书馆数字化和数字化图书馆的不断深化与发展,用户对个性化信息服务的需求愈加迫切,对于个性化服务的要求也逐渐增多。针对我国高校图书馆网络服务功能的现状,文章提出了借助智能Agent技术实现图书馆个性化服务系统的设计思路,旨在能够利用智能Agent技术,在原有系统的基础上,建立图书馆的个性化服务系统,按照用户的偏好、习惯等开展个性化信息服务。图书馆个性化服务的目标是能为广大用户提供主动的、智能化服务,用户通过个性化服务,增强用户交流,在扩展图书馆知识、提高用户满意度、增强图书馆资源利用率等方面,具有十分重大的实际意义。
