| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、分析讨论法和逻辑分析法对退役运动员类型、退役运动员就业安置问题的现状分析及产生的消极影响、退役运动员就业安置困难产生的主要原因、解决退役运动员就业安置问题的对策及实施的可行性剖析、退役运动员再教育问题的结论和建议等问题进行探讨,提出一些建议和看法,力求为体育和教育行政部门制定相关的政策法规提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This paper,through the methods of literature,analytical discussion and logic analysis,analysed the type of retired athletes and the status of retired athletes job placement question and the negative impact,the main reason for retired athletes is difficult job placement.This paper will offer some suggestions and views,and strive for the development of sport and the education administration department of the policies and regulations related to the provision of reference. |
