| 摘 要： | 采用Ryff心理幸福感量表对专科院校学生心理幸福感进行研究，结果表明，不同年级的学生在心理幸福感中的掌控环境、自我接纳方面有显著性差异；男生和女生在自我接纳、生活目标方面存在显著性差异；不同来源的学生自我接纳、自主性方面存在显著性差异．建议充分利用心理咨询、课堂教学、开设心理教育必修课、加强校园文化建设等途径提高学生的心理幸福感．

| Abstract: | A survey is carried out by Ryff scale as instrument,over college undergradutes. Result shows that students from different grades have clear differences in environmental and self controllings where the sophomores and third graders are superior to freshmen,and the third graders are remarkablly superior to freshmen and sophomores. Boy and girl students show a significanct difference,students from villages are superior to those from the cities in self-controll,but the students from cities are superior to those from villages in tolerance. The purpose of the research is to improve the cultural construction in colleges. |
