| 摘 要： | 以广西高职高专作为研究对象，运用层次分析法，从制度建设、师资建设、教学效果、教学环境以及课外活动等五个层面对素质教育取得的成效进行评价。分析结果表明，广西高职高专素质教育取得的成效为中等水平。最后从加大教育经费投入、素质教育的总体规划、师德建设等角度提出了继续推进贫困地区素质教育的政策建议。
