基于OBE理念的校园共育高职学前教育专业人才培养模式

摘    要:为了使高职院校培养的学前教育人才更适合各类学前机构的需求,通过座谈的形式与各用人单位相互交流,以明确人才培养的现状和市场需求。针对此现状和需求,以OBE理念为依托,通过实施定义学习产出、实现学习产出、评估学习产出和使用学习产出四个步骤,促使高职院校学前部与用人单位深度合作,提升人才培养的质量,加强人才培养的针对性,真正满足用人单位的实际需求。此模式也可让毕业生学以致用,迅速适应工作岗位,真正实现学校与工作岗位的无缝衔接。

The Talent Training Model of Preschool Education Specialty Based on OBE

Abstract:In order to make the pre-school talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges more suitable for the needs of various pre-school institutions,we communicate with various employers through forums to clarify the current situation of talent training and market demand.In response to this situation and demand,based on the OBE concept,through the implementation of the four steps of defining learning output,realizing learning output,evaluating learning output,and using learning output,the preschool department of higher vocational colleges and employers are encouraged to cooperate in depth,improving the quality of talent training,strengthening the pertinence of talent training,and truly meeting the actual needs of employers.This model can also allow graduates to apply what they have learned,quickly adapt to their jobs,and truly achieve a seamless connection between school and work.
