以技能比赛提升高校思政课教学质量的实践思考

摘    要:实践证明,高校思想政治理论课教学技能比赛很大程度上提升了思想政治理论课的教学质量和效果。思政课教师参与教学技能比赛,通过领悟技能比赛的内在要求,根据需要学习和掌握更多的专业知识,进而促使教学水平得到提升,向着更加专业化的方向发展。在这一过程中,高校思政课教师应当确立正确的价值导向,根据比赛要求注重教学内容,优化教学设计;注重教学方式,拓宽教学手段;注重教学效果,培养学习观念,以此更好地实现课赛协同,打造有效课堂。

Practical Thinking on Improving the Teaching Quality of Ideological and Political Course in Colleges by Skill Competition

Abstract:It has been proved that the teaching skill competition of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities has greatly improved the teaching quality and effect.Teachers of ideological and political courses participate in the teaching skill competition,learn and master more professional knowledge according to the needs by understanding the inherent requirements of the skill competition,thus promoting the improvement of teaching level and developing towards a more professional direction.In this process,teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges should establish correct value orientation,pay attention to teaching content and optimize teaching design according to competition requirements;pay attention to teaching methods and broaden teaching methods;pay attention to the teaching effect and cultivate the learning concept,so as to better realize the synergy between classes and competitions and create an effective class.
