| 摘 要： | 当前国际性突发公共事件频发,它不仅具备一般突发公共事件的突发性、破坏性、不可预见性、紧迫性等特点,且因其爆发的范围不仅限于我国范围内,而是涉及到不同文化、价值观的人群和不同制度体系的国家,影响程度远超一般突发公共事件,治理难度更大,影响也更为深远。当前大学生由于能够较好地使用信息技术、社会主人翁意识较强等特点,对于国际性突发公共事件的关注度也较高,探求国际性突发公共事件对大学生价值观的影响和立足国际性突发公共事件的背景下采取适当的方式培育大学生的核心价值观尤为重要。

| Abstract: | At present,international public emergencies are frequent,which not only have the characteristics of suddenness,destructiveness,unpredictability,and urgency.Moreover,since the scope of its outbreak is not limited to our country,but involves people with different cultures,values,and countries with different institutional systems,the degree of influence is far beyond ordinary public emergencies,and the governance is more difficult and the influence is more far-reaching.At present,college students pay more attention to international public emergencies due to their good information technology and strong sense of social ownership.It is particularly important to explore the influence of international public emergencies on the values of college students,and to adopt appropriate ways to cultivate the core values of college students under the background of international public emergencies. |
