| 摘 要： | 从我国普通高校专业设置现状入手，综合了陕西普通高校与民办高校的专业设置情况，进行量化分析，并揭示了公办和民办高校之间存在的同质化、趋同化现象。同时就陕西民办高校调整、优化专业设置的原则、途径提出了设想，以期提高民办高校的专业建设水平。
