| 摘 要： | 防守必须遵循篮球防守原则,篮球防守原则是篮球防守理论和实践发展的必然,是篮球防守规律的反映,是实施成功防守的关键。基于全面认识篮球防守原则,并在防守实践中加以运用,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对篮球防守原则核心以球为中心和根本任务以人为主进行了论证,进而对篮球防守原则的构成因素及其相互关系进行了研究,提出了以球为中心、以人为主、人、球、区、时、篮五维一体的篮球防守原则,为篮球防守水平的提高提供理论与实践上的借鉴。
