| 摘 要： | 大学生资助政策是国家帮助家庭经济困难的学生完成学业而采取的措施。1999年我国开始大规模的高校扩招，学杂费成为接受高等教育必支付的开支，在校贫困生数目急剧上升，贷学金制度的实施不仅能缓解日益增长的资助需求，克服了以往资助政策的局限，是大学生资助制度的创新。

| Abstract: | Policy of assistance for the college students is a measure taken to aid those pouerty-striken college students to finish their schooling by our country. With the expansion of higher institution began in 1999, and it being a compulsory for the student to pay their tuition fees for higher education, the number of needy students enrolled has been increasing rapidly. The implement of loan aided for schooling policy can not only release the rising demand for assistance but also overcome the limits of the former aid policy. This is an innovation of aid policy for the college students. |
