| 摘 要： | 本文根据目前石油勘探开发的发展趋势，分析了目前石油工程专业人才培养模式的适应性、提出了石油工程专业进行勘探开发一体化的复合型人才培养模式，并在中国地质大学（北京）的石油工程专业进行了实施，取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | Based on current oil exploration and development trends,this paper analyzes the current petroleum engineering professionals adaptive training model and proposes to conduct exploration and development of petroleum engineering integrated training model compound,which was implemented in the China University of Geosciences (Beijing) Petroleum Engineering and achieved good results. |
