| 摘 要： | 数字档案馆建设是档案馆发展的必然要求,也是未来档案界必须面对的重大课题。数字档案馆建设将在管理体制的设计理念、管理体制的运行方式、管理体制的职能分配等方面对我国现有的档案管理体制产生重要影响。为了适应数字档案馆建设发展的需要,更好地为档案利用者服务,我们需要在服务本位理念下厘清档案管理职能,在打破条块分割体制基础上实现与相关领域的横向互动,对集中统一模式作符合数字档案馆发展要求的重新解读,并且要对现有管理机构做出适应性调整,惟有如此才能实现档案管理体制与数字档案馆建设的相互促进共同发展。
