| 摘 要： | 图书购置经费的短缺是图书馆界普遍存在的一个现实问题，这种状况不仅使许多图书馆陷入困境，桎梏了图书馆的建设，而且也必然影响社会发展的方方面面．本从实际出发，论述了经费短缺现状及造成的不良后果，提出了解决问题的主要途径．
