铁皮石斛组培苗复壮培养基的研究

摘    要:铁皮石斛组培苗经过多次继代之后,退化严重.利用不同的外源激素及配比、不同浓度Co2+离子和不同的天然添加物,优化组培苗的培养基.结果表明,MS+2.0mg/L6-BA(6-苄基腺嘌呤)+0.10mg/L NAA(萘乙酸)为较好的复壮激素配方,采用1.250倍正常Co2+浓度、150g/L香蕉汁的培养基,对组培苗的复壮效果较明显.

Abstract:The tissue culture seedlings ofDendrobium officinate Kimura et Migo became seriously degraded after repeated successive transfer cultures. The medium could be optimized when different kinds of hormones, natural agents as well as Co2+ in different concentrations and mixture ratios were used to cultivate seedlings. The results showed that MS +2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.10 mg/LNAA is the best hormones combination which was obviously good for seedlings' rejuvenation, while the groups with 1. 250 times Co2+ or 150g/L banana juice also performed a positive role on seedlings' rejuvenation.
