| 摘 要： | 由于我国人口老龄化的加剧、商业地产受到国家政策影响等,养老地产的实践与理论研究受到业界、学界的高度关注.文章通过对近几年有关养老地产研究文献的统计分析,简要介绍了我国养老地产的最新进展与动态,并对国内养老地产研究的内容与方法等进行综合评述,提出今后需要进一步重视的理论与实践.

| Abstract: | Owing to the increasingly aging population and the commercial estate drastically influenced by state policies, the practices and theoretical research of pension real estate are drawing wide attention from the real estate industry and academ-ic circles.Through statistical analysis of some research literatures related to pension estate in recent years,the latest develop-ments and changes of pension real estate are given a brief analysis,and a comprehensive review of content and method of pen-sion real estate is conducted in domestic China,and the theories and practices worth researching and giving more attention in the future are also put forward. |
