| 摘 要： | 美国教师专业发展学校是由学校和大学教育学院共同创建的一种"新型学校"。本文结合美国近30年教师专业发展学校发展的历史,通过对其所取得的成效、发展特点以及愿景的分析,探讨了美国教师专业发展学校对我国建立开放灵活的教师教育体系提供的诸多有益启示。
