| 摘 要： | 对参加第18届亚洲田径锦标赛男子三级跳远前五名运动员进行运动学分析,探讨在起跳过程中身体重心的变化规律。结果显示：在第一跳起跳过程中,运动员起跳脚着板瞬间身体重心的高度为全起跳过程中的最低点,而后一直到起跳离板瞬间重心高度处于一个不断上升的过程当中。

| Abstract: | In view of about in takes off in the process the bodily center of gravity bottom instantaneous not to be unified,this research plans through to participate in the 18th Asian track and field championship tournament man triple jump first five athletes to carry on the kinematic analysis proving center of gravity the change rule,the result shows： In first upsprings in the jump regulation,the athlete gets up stamps one’s foot the board instantaneous body center of gravity to take off highly in the process the bottom,then yizhi dao takes off to the board instantaneous center of gravity is in the middle of highly the process which rises unceasingly. |
