摘    要:体育是一种人类特有的身体运动方式,而"身体"作为人的存在的根本维度,与体育运动始终是密不可分的.因此,从"身体"出发,阐述了体育之育的真正目的与效用--开发生物脑体以及发展身体智慧,把体育从"纯粹的无法思想的身体教育"中解放出来,视"身体"为可以思考、充满"智慧"的身体,说明了体育在"智识"教育上的真正意义,从而从根本上脱离了身心"二元论"并有力反驳了"四肢发达,头脑简单"的错误认识,以求让更多的人自觉地投入到体育运动之中,感受体育的魅力,树立起终身体育的观念.

Abstract:Sports is a kind of body moving manner exclusively own by human beings, while the "human body" as a fundamental dimension in human existence is always inseparable to sports activities. Therefore, from the perspec- tive of the "human body" the author expatiated on the true purposes and effects of the education as in physical edu- cation - to develop biological brains and physical wisdom, to free sports from "purely mindless physical education", and to think of the "human body" as a body that is able to think and full of"wisdom", and explained the true mean- ing of physical education in "intelligence" education, thus fundamentally got rid of the body and mind separated "dualism" and powerfully rebutted such a wrong idea as that "those who are body well developed are simple minded", so that more people will initiatively participate in sports activities, feel the charm of sports, and establish the lifetime sports conception.
