| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了攀钢1 450 mm热轧带钢层流冷却仿真系统的开发过程及在实际中的应用。该仿真系统是基于VC 6.0开发的,具有速度快、精度高、适应性强的特点;具有读取数据而生成带钢层流冷却温降曲线和显示集管组态的功能。其生成的温降曲线和集管组态可为现场生产和新产品开发提供可行性依据。

| Abstract: | The Development and application of 1 450 mm hot strip laminar cooling simulation system for Pangang company are introduced in this paper.The simulation system is based on VC 6.0,having the characteristics of high-speed,high precision and strong adaptability.It has the function of reading data to draw up the hot strip laminar cooling temperature drop curve and showing the spraying pattern of laminar cooling.Its temperature drop curve and spraying pattern of laminar cooling can provide the feasible basis for the scene production and the new product development. |
