| Abstract: | Government affairs openess is of great realistic significance for the realization of socialist political democracy. It is the inevitable tendency of the development of democracy, the premise of protecting civil rights and realizing the goal of people being the masters of the nation and managing national affairs; the basic means to promote the efficiency of government behaviors, to prevent corruption and to promote the scientific and democratic decisions of public government policies. |
