| 摘 要： | 根据体操科学选材的特点以及发展的要求，提出了新形势下体操运动员科学选材的对策。从方法学来说，要求教练员培养良好的工作作风和思想作风，培养科学的思维方式，并且重视选材的科学创新。从选材学来说，要选择力量素质好，身材匀称，手臂直，肩关节顶得直、拉得开，腰短，盆骨窄，膝关节直以及心理素质好的少年儿童从事体操训练。

| Abstract: | Changes of gymnastic rules,reform of competition system and fast development of gymnastic sport have brought impacts on selection of the young gymnastic athletes. Countermeasures of scientific selection of the young gymnastic athletes were put forward according to the characteristics of the gymnastic athletes selection and its development requirement. Coaches of gymnastics need to set good work style and scientific ideas,and pay attention to the innovation of selecting the talents. At the same time,the athletes who have good physical quality,good physical appearance,straight arm,short waist,narrow pelvis,straight knee joint and good psychological quality just can be selected. |
