| 摘 要： | 幼儿教师法律素质不高的表现随处可见，存在的问题触目惊心。中职幼师学生作为未来幼儿教师的生力军，如何提升他们的法律素质显得重要而紧迫。本文在论述培养中职幼师学生法律素质价值的基础上，着重提出了提升中职幼师学生法律素质的途径。
