文化因子--校本课程开发的生命

摘    要:校本课程是社会文化变迁在学校课程领域的反映,是一种文化开发,需植入文化因子。校本课程开发工作既是一项崭新的课程,又是一项个性化的工作,充分体现学校的智慧与特色、精神与活力。文化开发是校本课程的立足点,校本课程的实施应内化成学生的一种文化心理,推动校本课程的持续发展,为学校文化建设奠定深厚基础,使学校文化建设的内容更具有内涵,两者可以互相作用,互相推动。我校根据学校实际,因地制宜,有的放矢,实施校本课程的文化开发,加强校本课程建设,营造特色学校文化。

Cultural Factors:The Lifeblood for School-based Curricu-lum Development

Abstract:School-based curriculum is the reflection of social and cultural changes in the field of school curriculum, and it is a kind of cultural development, so cultural factors should be included. School-based curriculum, as a brand new curriculum, is also an individualized work, fully reflecting the wisdom, characteristics, spirit and vitality of a school. Cultural development is the foothold of school-based curriculum,and the implementation of school-ba-sed curriculum should be internalized as students' cultural psy-chology,so as to promote the sustained development of school-ba-sed curriculum, lay a solid foundation for campus cultural con-struction, and endow school cultural construction with more con-notation. The two interact with each other and promote each oth-er. In accordance with practical situation, our school has perti-nently implemented the cultural development of school-based cur-riculum, enhanced school-based curriculum construction, and established a characteristic school culture.
