人本主义与欠发达地区高职教育人才培养模式研究

摘    要:欠发达地区由于信息闭塞、交通不便、产业结构不合理、生产方式落后、行业单一、企业规模不大、技术水平不高等特点,凸显了较为明显的区位劣势。故欠发达地区高职教育的人才培养模式需要寻求特色。本文从人本主义的角度出发,结合欠发达地区的办学特点和经济社会发展特点,提出了“面向中小企业的办学目标”、“以能力为本位的培养理念”、“基于‘真实项目’的课堂教学模式”,提出在人才培养模式的各个环节中都应贯穿“人本主义”思想,促进学生可持续发展。

Research on Humanism and the Talent Cultivation Model of Higher Vocational Education in Less Developed Areas

Abstract:In less developed areas, blocked information, inconvenient transportation, irrational industrial structure, backward production styles, undiversified industries, small scale of enterprises,and low level of technology, have highlighted an obvious location disadvantage. So the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education in less developed areas should have its distinctive characteristics. Starting from humanism, combined with the characteristics of education and economic and social development in less developed areas, this paper proposed "education objectives oriented by small and medium-sized enterprises","cultivation concepts oriented by ability", "classroom teaching model based on 'real projects'", and the infiltration of "humanism" into each link of the talent cultivation model, in order to promote students' sustainable development.
