| 摘 要： | 目前，高校图书馆的读者培训工作存在的主要问题在于参与培训的读者人数太少。文章以山东农业大学图书馆读者培训工作实践为例，分析了培训工作参与人数少的原因，总结了山东农业大学图书馆的成功经验，提出了提高参与培训人数的对策。

| Abstract: | At present, the existing problem is the rare participation of readers in the training work of university libraries. By introducing the practice of the library of Shandong Agricultural University, the author of this article makes an analysis of the causes of the rare participation of readers, and advances some measures to increase the numbers of readers to participate in the training work of university libraries. |
