| Abstract: | Constructing subject librarian system in the university library is the need of developing library information services in the new era, and is the trend of the library development as well.Changes in the service objects and contents determine subject librarian＇s professional duties, and place greater demands on their professional knowledge, technical ability, comprehensive quality,and creative ability,etc. Strengthening quality and ability construction of university subject librarian could adapt to the development of modern library and provide services for readers better. |
